on December 2, the author learned that the "13th five year plan for general aviation development in Gansu Province" was approved by the provincial government and issued for implementation
the plan puts forward that during the 13th Five Year Plan period, the province plans to build 25 general airports, including 8 class I General airports such as Lanzhou Jiuzhou, 6 class II General airports such as Baiyin West, and 11 class III General airports such as Baiyin shuichuan; It plans 10 civil trunk and branch airports including Lanzhou Zhongchuan that take into account the navigation service function. At the same time, 45 take-off and landing points are planned in public places such as scenic spots, important hospitals, agricultural products areas, state-owned forest areas, highway service areas and important buildings. Strive to realize that 65% of county-level administrative units in the province can enjoy general aviation services within 60 kilometers or 1 hour of land transportation
the plan proposes that the spatial layout plan of the general aviation industry in our province during the 13th five year plan is "one core, two belts and multiple centers". "One core" refers to the general aviation core area relying on Lanzhou, Baiyin, Linxia, Dingxi, Wuwei and other cities and prefectures, as an important bearing area for general aviation manufacturing, public services and modern services in the province. "Two belts" refer to the Hexi Corridor general aviation development belt and the current chip materials of Longdong and longnantong are silicon aviation development belts. "Multi center" refers to Lanzhou General Aviation comprehensive development center, Zhangye International Navigation Conference aviation center, Jiujia aviation sports center, Tianshui, Jinchang emergency rescue center, Qingyang, Jinchang and other flight training centers, as well as Dunhuang low altitude tourism and leisure center
the plan proposes to accelerate the planning and construction of Gansu general aviation aircraft manufacturing and maintenance bases in Lanzhou, Baiyin, Wuwei and other Hexi Corridor areas, and realize an annual output value of 5billion yuan during the environmental risk period of cobalt materials at the end of the 13th five year plan. And promote strategic cooperation agreements with major general-purpose aircraft manufacturers at home and abroad to build a regional general-purpose aircraft maintenance base, achieving an annual output value of 2.2 billion yuan at the end of the 13th five year plan. Among them, the target of Lanzhou general aviation industry base is light aircraft manufacturing, pilot training and aviation experience center. Covering an area of about 800 mu, the total investment of the project is about 460million yuan, and the output value is expected to reach 2billion yuan in 2020. The goal of Baiyin general aviation industry base is to manufacture and maintain light sport aircraft, helicopters, test aircraft, gliders, and low altitude tourism. 2. The land with a long-term use temperature of (8) 0- (2) 60 degrees is about 400 mu. It is expected to achieve an annual output of 500 by 2020, with an output value of about 1.5 billion yuan
